I create unique hand-made pieces of jewelry that are ready for the beach.  As a Florida-based artist, scuba-diver, treasure-hunter and jewelry-designer, I've created jewelry that endures an active life-style that includes plenty of salt water.  My bone carving references traditional tribal fishhook patterns of the South Pacific, whales, sharks, sea horses and sea creatures both real and imagined.   All my materials are selected for the beach and the sea. I also create free-form cabochon pieces and sell rough stone.

One of my favorite places to visit is Key West Florida. This trip I had a chance to stop by Shipwreck Treasures @shipwreck (Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/shipwrecktreasureskw/). I’ve seen their photos of artifacts on Instagram for quite a while and I really enjoyed seeing what they had for sale. The artifacts are incredible!

Some of my other favorite places to visit are the Mel Fisher Treasure Museum, Mallory Square, The Schooner’s Wharf Bar(Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/Schooner-Wharf-Bar-425886700310/ ) and Captain Tony’s Saloon. I had the honor of attending Captain Tony’s 80th birthday bash in Key West and will never forget meeting that very interesting man.

I found plenty of inspiration for some upcoming pieces that will feature pirate flags.
